ABOUT
Dan Martin
Born in Leeds, Dan was first introduced to sculpting whilst studying entertainment design at Teeside University.
Upon graduation from University he worked as a commercial sculptor and model maker, working on everything from small scale set models for stop motion animation, to full scale animatronic characters.
After a few years he began to focus more on detailed sculpture and in terms of the visual style, it is impossible to place his work in one particular category-such is his talent.
The Art Foundry has commissioned several pieces from Dan, which are due for release in 2020, and we are very excited to be collaborating with him in the future.
