ABOUT
Russian born Veronika is now based in Prague and as well as producing her own stunning original art work owns and runs the Benoni School of art which is producing a new generation of artists under the tutelage of the Benoni Masters.
Following graduation from the College of Arts in Leningrad and continuing her studies at the USSR Academy of Art, Veronika met her husband Ulian, the couple worked together as silversmiths and their jewellery sold at leading jewellers in Moscow and Leningrad.
Veronika and Ulian eventually settled in Prague following the political upheaval of the Soviet Union, and it is here Veronika’s fascination with Old Prague it’s fascinating streets and architecture, influences the paintings we see today.
Inspirations from Veronika’s early life especially memories from growing up with her architect grandfather play an important part in both her life and her art.
